NanoToxGen researchers, Vanessa Valdiglesias and Natalia Fernández, shared the last results of our ongoing projects on nontoxicity assessment on the Nanoscience and Advanced Materials area seminars, monthly organized by the CICA research center.
Natalia Fernández Bertólez was in charge of the first seminar of the group: “Biocompatibility of CeO2 nanoparticles for application in diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases”, explaining the potential of these metal oxide nanoparticles for biomedical purposes and our last results on their biological effects.
More recently, Vanessa Valdiglesias presented the progress of our ongoing project “Evaluation of risk associated with exposure to nanomaterials” by giving the talk entitled: «Research in nanotoxicology: the NanoAssess project».
